Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Period

LeadHunter offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. This trial period allows you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

We encourage you to thoroughly test the Service during this period to ensure it meets your needs. No refunds are provided after the trial period ends unless explicitly stated in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided in the following circumstances:

  • Service Failure: If the Service experiences a prolonged outage or critical failure that prevents you from using its core features for more than 48 consecutive hours, and we fail to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect amount, or unauthorized charge after cancellation).
  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Payment Only): If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription (monthly or annual), you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to the first payment and does not apply to renewals.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want to use the Service after the 30-day guarantee period or after renewal payments.
  • Violation of Terms: If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • LinkedIn Account Issues: If your LinkedIn account is restricted, banned, or suspended by LinkedIn. We are not responsible for actions taken by LinkedIn against your account.
  • Partial Month Usage: Subscriptions are charged in advance (monthly or annually). If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your billing period, but no prorated refunds are provided.
  • Renewal Payments: Subscription renewals (after the first payment) are non-refundable unless there is a billing error or service failure as described in Section 2.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at:

Include the following information in your refund request:

  • Your account email address
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Transaction ID or billing date (if applicable)
  • Details about any service failures or billing errors (if relevant)

We will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond via email. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the web app (app.lhunter.cc) or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused days in your billing cycle.

If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.

6. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year ($588/year, equivalent to $49/month).

  • The 30-day money-back guarantee (Section 2) applies to the first annual payment only.
  • If you cancel an annual subscription after 30 days, you retain access for the remainder of the year, but no refund is provided.
  • Annual subscription renewals are non-refundable unless there is a billing error.

7. Payment Processing

LeadHunter uses third-party payment processors (Stripe, Paddle) to handle billing. Refunds are processed through these platforms. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date" at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
